Bookings via Re-Vitalise, see detail.

Join Re-Vitalise for their annual retreat on the Holy Isle.

The stresses and strains of our life aren’t easy. Daily Tai Chi, Yoga and meditation sessions provide an opportunity to develop our connection with the earth, make time for ourselves, time for our minds to settle, time to work on our spirituality and to sort out the things that are important to us. By delving deeply and with mindfulness into these ancient disciplines, we find peace and tranquillity and reconnection with the world around us and a deeper connection with nature and with the people we come into contact with in our daily lives.
