In this immersive 5-night retreat we'll learn how to utilise the power of lucid dreaming to help meet, befriend and transmute the shadow into the gold of awakening.
The Shadow is made up of all that we hide from others: our shame, our fears, our psychological wounds, but also our golden potential, our blinding beauty and our hidden talents. It is a huge source of power and creativity but until we bring it into the light this power will remain untapped and our full potential unreached.
Imagine if we could meet our shadow in a lucid dream? We can.
Using the “No Mud, No Lotus” approach this retreat will guide you to the gold that lies within your shadow through both lucid dream and waking state exercises.
We’ll combine an intensive daily schedule with optional night-time practices to create the best possible conditions for lucidity.
Charlie’s teaching style is highly practical: using music, movement and interactive exercises to help deepen the learning experience.
The retreat is open to complete beginners (as well as seasoned practitioners) and will include everything you need to learn how to lucid dream and how to face & embrace your shadow.
Our programme will include an hour after breakfast each day working with the resident volunteer community, helping with kitchen, housecare and garden tasks.
