Course outline
Immerse yourself in yoga and completely relax and recharge in the peaceful surroundings of Holy Isle
This is a yoga retreat rather than a holiday, there will be three yoga sessions per day (two asana and one pranayama class). This course is suitable for anyone who has some experience of yoga.
The programme will include an hour after breakfast each day working with the resident volunteer community, helping with kitchen, housecare and garden tasks

Booking Accommodation
There is single, twin room and dormitory accommodation available. Once you have reserved your accommodation through Helen, she will then contact Holy Isle to book your room. Payment for accommodation will be made to the Centre upon arrival on Holy Isle.
