The Path to Deeper Compassion - Lama Zangmo
Practical instructions on how to bring compassion and loving kindness into every area of our life.
Lama Zangmo will use the teachings on Chenrezig and the Mind training teachings as a focus for this retreat, and will explain the guidelines for walking the path of compassion and how to bring greater clarity and depth to our practice.
The retreat is suitable for anyone who is interested in exploring the path of compassion further, regardless whether they are Buddhist or not; or are beginners or more advanced.
The schedule will be a comfortable mix of sessions and breaks with ample time to explore the island. More details will be sent to participants closer to the time.
