Embroidered Lace Qigong.
I was introduced to this beautiful Qigong Form many years ago and I consider it to be one of the earliest Forms of my study in Qigong.
Consisting of 8 movements, this Form flows easily from one movement to another, and takes around 10 minutes out of your daily activities to practice to leave you energised and relaxed.
This Form is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Bob has been coming to the island from the very start of the Holy Isle Project. He very kindly donates all his fee to the Holy Isle Project.
