Course outline
Invest in yourself. Allow yourself the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and others in a safe confidential environment in order to create the possibility of better and stronger relationships with family, friends and colleagues.
The Personal Growth Course facilitates a journey of personal discovery, opening up to understanding and acceptance of ourselves and others, in order to centre ourselves in a more compassionate and wholesome space. This experiential process works through personal input and group dialogue as the best knowledge and growth takes place through experience and action.
“Experiential learning gives people the opportunity to apply knowledge, self assess themselves, and finally receive constructive feedback in return” (Ethical Angels 2021).
As Lynn has demonstrated such a deep commitment to community service, we invited her to present the Personal Growth Course to the resident volunteers on Holy Isle, who found it so powerful and beneficial that we have invited Lynn to run it here with us as part of our summer programme.
Payment - we are keen to make this course as widely available as possible and are suggesting a donation of £100 in order to cover the costs of bringing Lynn over from South Africa.
